In the eary 80's when I was living in Los Angeles I remember seeing W.A.S.P. when they were playing in the small clubs. They put on some wild shows. Years later I saw Blackie Lawless leaning up against the wall at the Santa Monica Civic at a Michael Schenker show. Does anybody know what has happened to Chris Holmes ? I often wonder if he is still living. That guy was a maniac back in the day.

Yeah, Chris in fine and living well... He is playing guitar in various bands in LA scene...

There was pictures in waspnation forum.. But the forum is so messed up that I can't find those pics....

Actually I'm not sure but he don't play permanently at any band, he is just jammin' with several L.A. bands.. This phote was taken on JAM Session, this was that nights "JAM" line up:

Global Music has set an October 12 release date (via Demolition Records) for "Babylon", the new album from U.S. rockers W.A.S.P. Themed around biblical visions of "The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse," the CD is described in a press release as "a metal masterpiece that will make fans both old and new craving for more."

DOMINATOR kicked my ass... Very good album after so many years in the business.. Sounds great, just right amount of songs... no fillers....

But hey, that is my opinion... My own holy trinity!!!

Might have to check this album out!

I have had promo cd for over a week now... and I listened the album many many times and I must say it is damn good one!!! I thinked that DOMINATOR is hard to overcome but this one beats it...

Very recommended album... Crazy is great opening and sounds familiar WASP (a little bit Wild Child at couple of first hearings but then NOT)... Title track is one of the best WASP tunes aswell INTO THE FIRE and SEAS OF FIRE!!

WASP have been on great form lately. Dominator was top 5 in their book and Babylon is nearly as good. Show in Stockholm next week. Willl be great I hope...Saw them first time in 1986 and seen them several times since. I wished they could alternate their setlists from tour to tour..

When I first heard Babylon I thought it was pretty average but it's quickly grown on me to the point I'm really thinking this is my favourite WASP album in a while. The Chuck Berry cover at the end is excellent and reminds me of first hearing Blind In Texas all those years ago.
